We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags and ribbon strip, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll work quickly to assess the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
