Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer free returns under the following conditions:

• Within 30 Days: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tag and ribbon strip attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method. 

Processing Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned item and verify it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund or issue store credit. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive the return for processing.

Non-Receipt of Orders

If you do not receive your order within 15 days of the shipping date, you may be eligible for a full refund. Contact our customer service team to report a missing package, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
